My Thirfty Deal

I just had to share my thrifty deal today from Albertson's. Hailey wanted to be part of the deal! I got: 2 gallons of milk, 10 boxes of cereal, 4-12 pk of pop, 5 boxes of granola bars, 5 boxes of instant oatmeal, 15 bottles of Kraft salad dressing, 10 bags of planters trail mix, and 6 avocados. All for $44.36!! It was the most amazing deal ever!!! It made me so happy!! Which is pretty scary!

First Day of School

Today is Ellie's first day of 1st Grade!!! She was so very excited she could hardly get to sleep. We gave her a braclet with a four leaf clover and wished her luck. She said, "Don't worry Mom, I'll get an A+. " We got her a new back pack this year that is pretty big and has a place for a cell phone, which she thinks is so cool. She said she was going to keep it so when she got a phone she would have a place to put it. She doesn't really want me to do her hair anymore so the best I could get this morning was a head band. But she looks pretty cute!!!
She has lost both of her front teeth. She told her dad she is going to keep pushing up her new teeth because she didn't want them to come it because she thinks she looks so cute without teeth!!

1st Grade he we come!!!!!!

Fun Photo's of Hailey

Just wanted to share some fun photo's of my Hailey!!! She keeps us guessing!!!

Monday, August 23, 2010

While David and Ellie were in Lake Powell me and the little kids stayed with my parents. Grandma Ward took us to Krispe Cream...yummmmmmy!!! We went to Analope Island to see some Buffalo. We only saw a few but it was enough for Hailey. We went to the mall and rented a car for the kids which they loved. We also got together with two of my good high school friends; Jen and Brook. It was great to see them and their kids and catch up on life.
My parents neighboor's great grandson took Hailey on a ride on his tractor. He is also three and can drive that thing like crazy. She loved it.
I forgot the highlight of the trip was a visit to Uncle Darren's house. We got to see the pigs, dog, and ride the horse. The kids loved it!!
We had a great time with Grandma and Grandpa!!

Eames Lake Powell

David and Ellie went to Lake Powell with the Eames'. They had a great time. Me and the little kids stayed at my Mom's. Ellie was a little scared to get into the water at first but Bonka got her to go in and then she loved it!!!

Summer of Swimming

We have pretty much lived in the water this summer. We have this great little pool that the kids love. And I love it because it is cheep and does is really shallow and has a tone of stuff above ground!!

Camping. Yes I said Camping!!

Here are some pictures from two short camping trips from this Summer. We went with our Ward once and then again with our neighboors (both just overnight). Our kids had a great time. I let Sam down and he immedietely went for the dirt!!!

More Pictures of Ellie's party

I have so many cute pictures from Ellie's birthday I decided to post some more!! These really are for my mom.....sorry to the rest of you!!!

Ellie is 6!!!

Ellie turned 6 on July 14th (that rounds out all three birthdays within 6 weeks). The morning started off with a unicorn pancake by dad. Then we had a had a friend water party. We had about 18 kids. They played a water relay game, squirted shaving cream off an baloon, duck, duck, six, and had a water baloon fight. They ate fruit and dip and loved it!! We made a number 6 and a beach ball for cake. Each friend took a beach ball home. She got so many nice things from her friends. I can't believe she is six!! Things Ellie loves:
*Reading, reading, reading
*Anything to do with science
*Stuffed animals
*Swimming
*Playing with her friends
*Dancing
*Doing her own hair (this one has been a bit hard for me)

Sam Turned 1

We celebrated Sam's first birthday in Utah with Grandma and Grandpa Ward and Bonka and Gran Eames. We made him a football cake and a number 1. It took him a few minutes to get going on the cake but when he did he loved it!!! Sam is totally walking and has been for about a month. He doesn't like to hold your hand he wants to do it all by himself. He is a great joy to have around. He is such an easy going kid!!!
