4th of July 2011

In the 6 years we have lived in Idaho we have spent every fourth, except when Sam was born, in Utah. It felt kind of strange to be here. It turned out to be a very fun day together as a family. We started our day with a Parade in Middleton.

The girls were so excited to wear their star shirts and reminded me we had USA bows! We love the USA!!

Ellie and her Dad. I love this picture. I think they look so much alike in this picture.

My little Samuel enjoying some 4th of July watermelon. She the drip coming off his chin!

We took the kids to fireworks in Caldwell. They played so cute together for about 30 minutes before it started. We took some video from David's phone but haven't been able to download it yet. The girls were pulling Sam on a blanket. He loves his sisters!!!

I think Hailey took this picture. Not very clean..but I wanted a picture of us. It was a great holiday. These pictures were all taken on David's phone..not too bad...but we do need to get a new camera before Ellie's birthday in a couple of weeks!!

Vegas Vacation June 2011

David and Jeff doing a little tourist action after work!

David hiking "Sugar Loaf" in WI.

David at the top of "Sugar Loaf." I think he hiked this mountain about three times. He said this area was very green, beautiful, and a very clean city.

Our Auntie Susie and her three little kiddos!

After church in front of Auntie Susie's house. I am soooo glad my mom took some of these pictures! Thanks Mom!

Grandma and Grandpa Ward with the kids.

David went to a conference in Wisconsin so me and the kids went on the road to Las Vegas. We stopped in Utah to pick up Grandma and Grandpa Ward. We had such a great time. As soon as we got there we immediately went swimming. I think this was the kids favorite part. So needless to say we say about 6 times in a 5 day period. I would love to show the darling pictures we took of the kids along with their cousins, the Bentley's.......but I hate to say this I lost my camera a few days after we got home! It has made me SICK!! My mom took some pictures on Sunday...and Auntie Susie said she would just get copies from me, so I don't have that many pictures. So for documenting purposes I will list the fun things we did so we don't forget.

*We went to a fun butterfly park

*The girls went to a day camp and became pizza makers. They both brought home their creations which we ate for lunch. They made pizza hats and got their very own aprons. They loved it!

*We went on a shopping trip and put on silly hats! Those pictures were really cute!!! Just imagine!

*We went to church with Auntie Susie and had a yummy Father's Day Dinner. My kids LOVE corn on the cob!

*We went and saw Becky's (and old roommate and friend) dog. The caption under this picture with all three of my kids circled around the dog would say......the only thing I will ever deprive them of is a family dog!! They can have one when they have their own home and can clean up after it!

*We took the girls down town Las Vegas so first see the Lion's but they were already asleep so I took them into the M&M store and we say all the fun stuff....and a large wall with any color of M&M you could want. Hailey held my hand really tight as we walked around....so scary looking people walking on the strip. We also took them to see the water fountain at Beligio. Sam keep saying...oh, oh, oh. We also saw the beautiful flowers inside. These pictures were also so cute!!

*We had Hailey's birthday while we were their. Auntie Susie made the most delicious banana pudding cake. She told Hailey it was Minnie Mouse's favorite! We took Hailey to Build a Bear in Boise on our way out of town. She loved it. She made a bunny and named it, Daisy.

*We meet Aunt Elizabeth and her kids for dinner at Cafe Rio and then went swimming together. We also went over to Aunt Elizabeth's house the next day. The kids had a great time playing. Hyrum and Hailey were so cute together. In a matter of minutes they came down all dressed up. I am sad when I think about these pictures with the cousin's who we don't see very often!

Overall it was a great time with friends and family! We love our Aunt's and wish we could see them more often. Thanks Auntie Susie for letting us take your calm house and make it a bit crazy for a few days!! Auntie Susie spoils us..a lot! We are so thankful!!

We will be going back to Vegas again this Summer maybe we can get some of these things back in pictures a second time. I told David when we buy another camera I should not be responsible for it!!!!!!
